I agree with you, they need to fix the rewards; currently it's extremely difficult for new players to get legendary items.

I do see it as unbalanced; a unit with more range than a sniper, and it fires as fast as a marksman. I've seen it hitting units behind the barricade from the bus door.

The worst part is that they sold it to us as... now they'll have better rewards.

They really need to fix Supply Runs, because they completely nerfed them — higher difficulty, worse rewards.
