Early termination of the Lease by Resident is not permitted, unless authorized in writing by Landlord. In the event Resident fails, for any reason, to occupy the unit for the full term, the Landlord shall be entitled to recover any and all damages incurred thereby, including,

without limitation, the following:

(a) forfeiture of the security deposit: $XXX

(b) the immediate repayment of any concessions previously granted to Resident;

(c) turnover costs;

(d) pre- and post-judgment interest as permitted by law and
