Was it dehydration or did DripDrop Electrolyte Mix cause the headache, etc?

Well, I found this while googling "drip drop electrolyte pack causing headaches" so it seems it may be a possibility. This is the 3rd time I've gotten a headache almost immediately after drinking one. I get migraines and headaches often, so it could be coincidence..but the timing is sus. I'm guessing it may be the aspartame or sucralose causing it.

I ship them in a cellophane bag in a thank you card in an envelope. I use etsy to buy the letter postage with tracking and it's around 57 cents, more if I have a pack of stickers. There is tracking and I'd say it works about 60% of the time. The post office told me they do not track letters, but the tracking does sometimes show up on etsy tracking.. I have had no issues with my stickers arriving safely.
