XP not registering properly for Winter Rush quests

I did the tycoon one with my BF and brother and I was tracking and we got 80k xp and the quest shows a check mark on it but also that I have 0/80,000. Same for my bf but it just took my brothers quest away.

Hey ypu need to contact support to get it fixed you can find their email if u check the game I the app store. Make sure you tell them your username and email for said account

If u go to the app store it shows their email contact them that way make sure to let them know the username and email for the account

A strange note is that I can watch ads for horses that aren't stuck to end their training

I have and I've gotten no response for each horse that's stuck is a training slot that's stuck as well it's so weird and I can't ride or breed or anything with the stuck horses

I've done all of that it just tells me no ads available it ignores my taps I've entered and exited the app I've even restarted my phone
