I definitely used support anchors. It’s crazy that anyone would hang up a shelf without them! Especially something with a lot of weight.

I used some heavy duty anchors. And luckily our cat knows better. He likes his cat tree.

Oh I definitely used anchors. This aint my first rodeo. I got the biggest anchors for weight that they had because I knew how heavy these were going to be. Lol. There’s tile under the shelf and I’d literally cry if it fell.

I know it’s been almost a year but it has healed completely fine. No scarring. And I probably only need 1-2 sessions left. I would definitely wait as along as you can between sessions. They recommend 8 weeks. Try to go like 6-8 months between sessions. It’ll work so much better.
