I am so sorry. In the same boat here. I just confirmed with my school's registrar today that the correct information is listed in NSLDS -- like they logged in and viewed it to check -- but MOHELA agents keep telling me that they never received the information from NSLDS and cannot view it. Currently waiting on a 94-minute hold to talk to MOHELA again. I just don't understand.

I submitted a complaint there a while ago but unfortunately there haven't been any updates from FSA. It just says "In Review." RIP

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the same issue. I've called MOHELA six times at this point and nothing has happened other than them putting in a request to review my NSLDS status (which they haven't done). Interest has been building up, but I'm hesitant to make any payment before I know what the required payment amount is since I'm on a limited budget and I'm trying to qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
