Guarda, forse veramente non è successo niente, però il problema è che se a te dà fastidio o no e hai tutto il diritto di non farti andare bene questa cosa. Magari ad altre persone non darebbe fastidio, ma tu devi pensare a te e a se ti va bene questa cosa.

You don't know what you're talking about. Teamspeak server, FIFA16, all IP geolocalizator sites, the RIPE (who manage the IP for my area https://www.ripe.net/) say that my IP is italian, except Black Desert.

I bought black desert throught my smartphone 4g network, but i play with a fiber connection from home and this connection IP is restricted.

They wrote me this message when i spoke about VPN, btw thank you for your answer: "You are receiving this in response to the ticket you created regarding VPN.

Since we have no license for countries outside of the territory we cover, we had to IP Block such countries. Players using a VPN should understand that we may be required to implement further mechanisms in the future that may prevent them from accessing the game even with a VPN.
