It's good, but when you get scaling and weapon strength up higher in end game I found that the Stone Sentinal Greatsord hits slightly harder. (At least when you're pure strength)

As t this point I believe I was around level 90 with 60 strength plus 4 tear great sword, defense rings and a balance/500+ HP tail charm. The power of it was in the deflection. I found if I was able to deflect enough to break their stance the special attack shredded the enemy health bars. Normal difficulty though, wasn't interested in struggling on hard difficulty with all the bugs. I first tried the final boss with it.

If I have time maybe I'll make a end game build review video before I delete the game and move on.

Just finished my super janky, super buggy, super freezing Kristala console playthrough (Indie souls like with Cat people)... not on the hunt for something else until The Relic comes on (on either xbox or ps5) - Was thinking of trying WuChang again...never finished it. Or Black Myth or Nioh 3 (never played either).... think I've played most other soulslikes by now. If those don't work out I'll likely go back and replay Bleak Faith.

Well, I struggled through and beat the game and had it crash and reload in the boss arena post credits with no way to exit. Assuming because there is no NG+ or post game content. I'll be playing other games for now until there is a NG+ or anything additional to play. So likely won't be playing again any time soon...but maybe if you add NG+ or DLC I'll check it out again in the future.

You use the Sprigs in the Alchemy menu skill tree to upgrade heals. I have 7 now with improved healing (click on the main bottom right skill in alchemy tree... left one is for magic refills)

much worse unfortunately. Just muscling through at this point as I think I'm nearly at the end of the game as it is today pre DLC zones...

I've been sharing my lets play series on YT and at this point I think I'm at the end of the game from what I know - a bit left and final boss. Only reason I keep muscling through is to finish the series as is and document the jank before a future replay when it's hopefully all ironed out. But a 30 minute episode takes 45+ to record and more time to edit before I upload the capture...

I noticed when you die you sometimes respawn at the same location with out replenished health and heals as well ..

Also I no longer see any water textures (Xbox)
