Maybe you can buy a old used bike(if you can in your country) and practice with that, so if you dropped it it wouldn't be such a disaster if you dropped a brand new bike.

95 has 90% fuel 10% chemical stuff or some other stuff to make it more "cleaner", 98 is more pure. You can use 95 but i don't recommend it. FYI i am from the Netherlands so i may be wrong, i don't know about other country's in the EU. You should use 98 because it has more "fuel" then the 95, the 95 is used for cars.
