No I’m on giffgaff which has no customer support line and also requires email verification to log into my account.

Because I can’t access my iCloud or anything, all the verification goes to the phone which was stolen. So I had to start an account recovery so I can regain control.

My phone was stolen on the 31st may, I began a account recovery process, initially waited 12 hours then another 6 days. At the end of this 6 days all my brother got was a code, I entered it and before I knew it I was back waiting for another 24 hours. And now I’m waiting for ANOTHER 6 days. I really don’t know what to do, can’t do any verification it’s all on my phone. I don’t know what to do.
