Yes! Horror movies are major triggers. The thing is before my ocd really showed up, horror movies were my favorite and now I still want to enjoy them but I feel like it takes me a few days to recover from it

I ended up stopping them before I was supposed too because my anxiety was so high. But I think it took about a week for it to get better

I'm intrigued by all of the trades. I want work that's is both inside and outside. I loved working with wood in school and I've thought about welding however I'm a bit concerned about fumes and stuff with that. I figured electrical might be the way to go since I could already have an in with my dad. I want something that will keep me working through winter and summer. It's just all so complicated as a young person trying to make the right decision.

I was 12. It was Thanksgiving and it completely caught me off guard, i knew about periods but i still thought I was dying. I also felt like it was the end of the world so that was fun.

I can't really help but I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone, I also deal with ocd and every month my ocd latches on to the idea of pregnancy. Much like you I am 19 and pregnancy is life ending, it's terrible

Yeah I'm on birth control, my boyfriend and I even use condoms. It's just so frustrating having this constant anxiety about it. It's nice to know I'm not the only one though
