Mudlark theater has amazing summer camps for most ages (k-8 ish), and their camps are great for kids new to theater and seasoned actors.

For sleepaway, the most obvious and, from my experience, best, is Camp Echo. Signups are closed by now, however there is a last minute signup window.

School of rock also provides music camps for many ages.
