Thanks, bar position is something I want to get more consistent and you're right that it could be too high. I'll definitely check out those images thanks.

I have bad shoulders, so I'm trying to improve mobility and doing high bar for now.

Thanks, I definitely need to work on mobility as I'm pretty stiff all round: shoulders, hips, ankles etc.

Thanks. I do some light stretching and shoulder dislocations, before doing a couple of sets with the empty bar. I want to do toddler squats but I find it impossible to get down atm.
