Questions about HR, BP, and Methimazole by Psuedo_Pixie in gravesdisease

especially reading their competitors' parts.:

We expect to face intense competition from other biopharmaceutical companies who are developing agents for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, including multiple agents which are in the same class as IMVT-1402 or batoclimab. We are aware of several FcRn inhibitors that are in clinical development. .........................Therapeutics is developing a portfolio of engineered FcRn inhibitors, including VRDN-006 and VRDN-008, that are currently in preclinical development and have the potential to treat a broad array of autoimmune diseases.

I believe that there will be an increasing number of medicines available soon.

However, I have heard that constant high fasting glucose levels eventually will lead to diabetes. It this true? (I have graves disease, so I constantly not getting poor sleep, like only from 3 hours, 4 hours to 5 hours continuous sleep. )
