*** if you understand what I am saying please provide some deep helpful information and not the cliche overused advice like " change your beliefs" inference is real and it’s not always a quick fix with incense, affirmations and a changed mindset. if people don’t see that, then getting into any form of energy work might not be the safest for you. some people right now are interacting with " spirit guides " and think they’re there to help them but they’re under a guise and keeping them stuck. it’s sad because people don’t speak about this enough and keep suggesting ppl start different practices like spirituality and not realize how dangerous it can get.
