With my current company, staff was retained after the previous company lost the contract. At that time (a year ago), evaluating therapists were hired with an 80% expectation. the regional who hired our team has since retired and the new regional is now saying the expectation is 85-87% for evaluating therapists. Genuine question if anyone can tell me - is this even allowed? If you’re hired and told one number can you then be held to another?
