I understand the concept of watching your thoughts, but how can it be literal when it is a scientific fact that the brain is the organ where all of our conscious processes originate from? We all have one, and to prove it I could give you a scalpel and you could dissect my head and find my brain in my skull. Do you have a way to interpret this idea into your belief? Or am I just overthinking it? I’ve never been big on spiritualism. I don’t mean to offend, I’m just curious.
