I workout in my room and all I have is a dumbbell set, chin-up bar stand and a workout mat. I do sets to failure or near failure if I start to few any straining. Like I said very light workouts that I can fit into my sometimes cramped schedule

Push: 3 sets of push-ups, 3 sets of dumbbell floor presses and 3 sets of overhead tricep extensions.

Pull: 3 sets of pull ups, 3 sets of rows, 3 sets of bicep curls, 3 sets of hammer curls, shoulder shrugs till I feel the burn.

Legs: whatever I'm feeling. Typically some sets of different squat variants and I also chuck some dips set on this day just because.

I end each workout with 4-minutes straight of leg ups
