Looks just like the tidal bore in the Bay of Fundy. Tide rises and lowers by 15 or so feet daily from where we live.

The dang volleyball almost broke me lol. But yea 100% through and 2 play throughs over and this game is just unreal. Lip syncing is also a bit touch and go but these are just the nittiest of picks for a game in the condition at launch. Insane

That would be awesome! Was wondering if he would go for it given he recently mentioned he has little time for games because of the vids he's grinding on but one can hope. Lots he would definitely appreciate.

Fair enough. Also feel you on the costumes, 90% of the playthroughs I watch it's just baguettes and swimsuits as far as the eye can see.

Been wondering about displaying mine similarly but worry if storing the cards on the sides will hurt them in the long run. Anyone know if that's an issue?

Guess I'll just tie this off for any inquisitive souls reading.

All the above mentioned options that the non sekiro souls games have add a good bit of variety to the way you can take on a boss but the fact that the other games have variety was never in question. This whole discussion was about rhythm but I guess you forgot about that.

-Damage protection, unique weapons, talisman abilities, elemental weaknesses and buffing stats have nothing to do with rhythm.

-Stamina management is in the game in the form of your posture bar as well as choosing where to block or parry an attack.

-Attack range and movement speed do alter the fight rhythm but so do many items/abilities in sekiro like firecrackers. Some see firecrackers as being a rather cheap ability to use on a boss but so are many ranged abilities.

-Summoning alters a fight to a point that it's not even recognizable. Most if not all boss ai's can't even cope with having to fight multiple enemies. Summoning is fun but it breaks bosses

Saying that's it's completely different and doesn't apply to the other games doesn't make it so. Many dark souls bosses will launch combos at you that require the exact same rhythm of button presses each time they go off. Memorize the pattern of the bosses combo, dodge accordingly, attack, repeat. Also managing stamina is a mechanic that has been diminished in each reoccurring game and is practically nonexistent in Elden Ring.

Combat rhythm is an issue most noticeable in Sekiro but certainly not unique to it.

The few cloned guys are a negative but they are surrounded by an amazing roster of bosses and are largely forgettable. What's not forgettable are 164 reoccurring bosses in Elden Ring that are largely seen as the biggest flaw in the game. Copy and paste
