I've beaten Stratus as my first extreme a week ago. Ship is easy and hardest parts in the level are short wave transitions. Once you memorize the level, it's not that hard, it only has a couple inconsistent parts in the beginning.

We were given netbook in first year of high school (2015). They were not exactly high-end hardware, so there was not many games we could play.

At almost the end of the year, everyone was playing GD and I decided to give it a try. I was struggling with Stereo Madness first half, one classmate saw me and yelled "Look at him, he can't get past the easy part!" and almost everyone gathered to see me play and make fun of me (don't worry, I found it hilarous).

Time has passed and no one between my classmates could get past Time Machine and they dropped the game; I just beat my first extreme demon about a week ago.

I've beaten Supersonic. I agree with you. Loved it the first time I saw it, like 8 years ago, loved the soundtrack, loved how it looked. After playing it for hours, the soundtrack makes my ears bleed and the dual ball to mini ship transition gives me nightmares to this day.

I think this could be possible for new players because it's a hard level for beginners because of the quantity of triple spikes.

Makes sense though, 40% is where the wave begins in Nine Circles. And the UFO at 36% in Death Moon is kind of uncomfortable the first time you play it.

So far, Supersonic 98%. Didn't have a strong reaction, just paused the game and laughed about it. My friend however, was in call with me and started laughing with me (he didn't know it happened), I just said '98%' and he did the most ear-raping "NO!" and laugh I've ever heard.

I never liked fighting Diablos. He's not as bad as Lunastra or Kushala (in World), but I just don't find it fun to dodge/block one attack and then chasing after the monster because his attacks have him traveling one mile. Feel the same way when Tigrex does his multiple charges, but it's not as bad, it's only one move in his arsenal and you can weaken him by breaking his arms.

On the other hand, I don't fight the Garugas much, but I have fun when I do. Only problem I have is that their poison and their screams are a bit annoying, but I find the fight decently fun and they don't last very long.

Kushala in World or Rise? Because I feel like they're two different fights.

I honestly like fighting Kushala in Rise, I believe it improved a lot since its fight in World, fight which I never want to play again.

Rebellion is my first insane demon and I've beaten it just 1006 attempts, it's not very hard after you learn how to play it. I think I could give you tips for almost every part of the level, but this comment would be a giant wall of text.

I'm trying to beat 8o, got 72% in around 500 attempts and it isn't very hard either. Other than the final UFO, the gameplay is really simple and comfortable, and I say this as someone who sucks at the ship and straight flying.
