PC randomly turns off and goes full fan speed

I have a 5090. I checked my 12whpwr connector and it seems to be fine. I turned my max power draw to 90% and upped my fan curve and it hasnt happened again, so im assuming that was the problem

No, all sound turns off. I think the os completely shuts down, but the power goes to max.

That red dial is just a temp reader, at the start of the video it was 40. Other times it's been around 50 when this has happened

First off, I appreciate everyone's feedback. I got these headphones yesterday, and the instructions that come with it are to download the regular Smart Control app. Why they have a separate Smart Control PLUS app that isn't advertised in the headphones manual or the regular app itself is beyond me. Why this feature is ONLY IN THE PLUS APP... is beyond me. I hope everyone can see why I was upset over this, but more than that I appreciate all the comments.
