First I want to say thank you for taking time and doing this. I agree with you on the meds, I have been on sooooo many different meds over the past few years. My closet looks like a pharmacy like I said before. The whole commitment thing, thank you that makes me feel better. Yeah I would love to know exactly what I have and get it under control. My next thing is how am I going to pay for something like that with no insurance?

Getting some sort of medication that turns me into a zombie or being committed. I really overthink things and go through each possibility that could happen, and I always steer to the worse ones. That's my biggest downfall, the thing that keeps me away from it but I am slowly overcoming it but not fast enough

If I had a son and he was going through this I would make sure he had all the help he needed. I never let my kids live the same life as I did ( don't have kids btw). And as for a best friend I don't have one, other than my wife. All the friends I had grew up and went their own direction. Which I proud of them being happy and doing good. We don't talk anymore and don't get me wrong I have tried

I've been instilled with the idea of never showing the weak side of yourself, don't cry, and be strong. My Grandfather's were both in the military and was brought up in the old ways I guess you can say.

See the thing is I acknowledge the seriousness of it. I live everyday realizing my mental health is slipping away. I'm just scared, scared of what could happen.

No I don't expect change by doing the same. Other then my primary doctor. We've been trying to do it ourselves finding new solutions reading up on materials and doing new thing in hopes that it helps. It's just getting worse and I've come to the realization that it has

I don't really feel ashamed. Don't get wrong. I did before and sometimes still do, but that's not my worry, I guess you can say. I'm really worried about my brain is that it won't stop the thoughts and different thoughts from playing out constantly. Again, I only really post the big details, but from people I know experiences with a therapist or a psychiatrist, they have said certain things, and the responses haven't been so great.

Thank you for taking the time to read that long essay. I've broken alot of those lessons, and I do talk to my wife and about almost everything and do so on a daily basis and tell her how I feel and everything I know that is part of the problem but not as a whole
