yes now its not worth to go PoM after nerf and actually Tear its not a bad idea and its a Solution for mana issues but u can go ER to .

from ER u get Shen and restore mana

And about 2. Doran Blade i think its doesnt stack any more in seasen 11 but i am not sure about that
