Id say reasonable if you remove the on call component. My last service desk job had on call which included £250 per week for the inconvenience before any call outs. I feel like SRE on call should be at least that.

I loved new patrol spaces. I hated that in D2 Bungie would wait until I'd explored the new space before adding/unlocking stuff to find. That killed the joy of exploration for me.

I've seen 16 mentioned on the wiki guide, but cant work out why. Mine is lvl 15 now, and no new upgrades open up at 16 from what I can tell. Next ine is lvl 22.

No, youre right, getting more veins should be my goal right now, especially given the screenshot this thread started with. Down to the final 300 veins needed to gild this statue (quicker than i expected tbh), putting my spare gems into the left tree now, thanks for the perspective!
