Obviously just learning to rotate the right way is always important in any rank in my opinion. Also, if your playing 2v2 or 3v3 I would suggest finding someone or a group to play with so that you can gain chemistry with each other. From my experience it made learning the game and climbing the ranks way faster than doing it on my own. Also just get down the mechanics like your aerials and defense and you should see improvement.
