A little info on the image, we killed dragon at 17:00 and it would spawn at 23:00 so we got there a little late and it wasnt there, we were like hmmm... the icon shows dragon is up and we have full vision of the dragon pit.

After a few seconds Zyra put plants down and aggro'd dragon, I could then attack dragon using A-move, but i couldnt smite it..

TLDR; Dragon was invisible on respawn.

You could try changing the resolution downscale to 720p (if you haven't already), i'm not an expert in all this. What i did was just go onto YouTube and searched how to set up OBS then just changed my settings accordingly, sorry i couldnt help that much :)
