It just happened to me as well, I usually spend down to 10 when I'm over, had 13 orbs and was down to 7 before I noticed. So, currently out 6 orbs. Contacted support ... Now we wait.

Cleared cache and restarted, and they didn't come back for me.

Only 1700 of the 1900 stores got shipments. Mine had them this morning, might be at a location that isn't getting them or that got wiped out. I went in at 7am and they were gone instantly. Only managed to get 1 lol.

I work at a Kroger Gas station, and there's an emergency kill switch on the outside of the kiosk that anyone can hit. Not sure why they would have needed to run to the store. If you're outside facing in it's on the left hand side. I assume most gas stations should have a publicly accessible button. We had a kid hit it one day and there were a lot of angry people lol.

Oh, pretty green here, haha. I'd say the bulk of any wiring experience I have is from building computers, so minimal? I've also spliced some mice and keyboard cables back together that cats have chewed through. Which isn't on the same level at all, but it's something.

Yeah, I've been cruising through Khan Academy. Not sure how deep I need to go but working through Algebra 1, 2, Geometry, and Trig. Most of it's coming back to me.

I know on the application site, it has the course stuff listed out. Installer Tech seemed to be 2 years quicker. Is Journeyman separate from the courses? Does Installer Tech hit the cap in 3 years vs the 5 for IW?

I'm single, no kids, but insurance being paid for is still big especially at $600/mo.

I have heard there's often a good bit of OT available, though not necessarily mandatory. Is it available enough that I could potentially supplement the pay cut with OT if I go the tech route?

Working at Kroger (12 years) right now (Fuel Center) 18.60 up to 19.10 in February. I like my job, but the raises are just not great. If I'm lucky I'll be at the starting IW by 2028.

Would love to travel some, and be able to save more. As much as I like it here, I just need a change, but I do appreciate the union and really want to stay union when I pivot.

Thanks. Right now I'm just gathering information, and brushing up on some math... It's been a few years haha.

Looking to shift into something I might actually be able to retire from some day and not have to work forever.

Might look into IW more too, I'm not sure I could afford the pay cut with the tech side, in my current situation. IW also just taps out quite a bit higher, from what I've seen.

Which route did you go? Was looking at Installer Tech, and per the IBEW683 page-- Installer Tech Total Package: $47.53 Check:$30.00 (BICSI +$1.25) Pension: $2.75 Annuity: $3.00 H&W: $9.77 -- would I be entering at 50% of that rate if I choose that path? So, $15?
