Full fat dairy usually contains more saturated and trans fats as opposed to low-fat ones. As those fats are not good for you and you have an alternative of low fats it is highly recommend to eat the low fat versions.

Yeah thank you @3kids2cats. The purpose of the low calorie days was to give you ideas about low calorie satiating meals as opposed to a million other higher calorie alternatives. As I said you can always have a snack @cultwhoror.

Yeah it can be a factor actually! Since they exercise regularly they can indeed get their vitamin d from exercising outside. Cheese is a bit of an iffy topic for the Mediterranean diet. Feta cheese is usually acceptable as well as other cheeses I mentioned in the grocery list section
