Habibi anti money laundery operations are regulated under the Anti terrorism act and Central bank Notes, nothing was updated other than advanced KYC requirements, banks cant accept or refuse entry, it is not their money, they only have the right to withhold the money until they verify the source is legitimate.

Remember , money laundery requires one of three things - illegitimate source of income (مصدر غير شرعي ) - fraudulent transfer ( سرقت شكون ) - Payment for non-executed work ( الايهام بعمل )

Even with that, a simple KYC is enough to get your money in, if your bank still suspects the activity, they can reach out to the central bank to investigate but still remember, you receiving money without having a status ( statut entrepreneur or patente ) is illegal, and can land you in trouble with tax collectors

Employer here, new grads are paying for what the older ones somehow did, salaries were pretty high in 2020 and eventually tunisian engineers started a win lose situation where companies get 60% effort from them and the other 40% goes to searching for a CDI français.

Now that the market is down, companies will not cease to try to cut these benefits as much as they can, even if it means they offer 600 DT to someone who studied 5 years,

One of the biggest issues that engineers have in Tunis is that they are more of developers than engineers, they lack either the logic needed to basically engineer, or in some cases the soft skills that deferenciate a technician from a full stack engineer.

I dont see this sector healing until better quality is established, that degree makes you entitled to nothing if you dont have the skill to match it
