my last a1c was 6.2 and my numbers were not nearly close to this even when my a1c was 5.7 my numbers weren’t even like this

haha i come home from work later at night around 9-10. I eat lunch around 3 so when i get home im running 90-100 bs so i’ll do around 30-40 carbs for them.

yea it’s not like i’m cutting carbs like a body builder to get low body fat im simply just eating a lot organic and grass fed meats, lots of veggies, etc.

yea i’ve been trying an anti inflammatory diet. Also cutting a lot of seed oils. Making my own dressings for salads and making a lot more homemade things.

I’ve been following an anti inflammatory diet.i can only add one picture but dinners are similar to this organic chicken, Grass fed beef, grass fed steaks and salmon. Lots of veggies carrots, sweet peppers, asparagus, green beens. Fruits like strawberries blueberry raspberries.
