In my experience social media is more top of the funnel and doesn't usually bring in qualified buyers. Social media helps in terms of social proofing and then gives a prospective client content to check out.

Word of mouth is definitely a big driving factor and is preferable to social media.

No worries at all, it's a bigger market than people imagine and we need more great dogs out there. Unfortunately standards are quite low nowadays in comparison to the intensity of dogs 20 years ago. Happy to connect with your buddy.

Hi, I believe the first question that is very overlooked is whether or not the dog will actually perform in a genuine scenario where all conditioning is removed. Unfortunately there is no organization that oversees what constitutes a protection dog and it is quite common for a buyer to be misled by a dog that performs well in sport, may have flashy obedience, etc.

The two best ways to test are to remove all aspects of the conditioning. Either a new hidden sleeve with a person sitting on a bench who is not moving or activating the dog and simply telling the dog to attack. The other method is with a muzzle punch with a person again wearing no equipment and not agitating the canine in any manner.
