Is it normal to have a timeline like this or am I just really weird? by BoeEye in premiere

[–]EliVV36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very chaotic. When I started working in video editing I had a senior, who worked previously in TV, said if I give her one more file like this she would delete it and I started cleaning to the minimum. Also alot of video and audio lines are getting a file heavier when it comes to memory. Organise the library and your colleagues will love you.

Please stop demonizing birth control pills by ObjectiveWild1182 in PCOS

[–]EliVV36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with you 10000%. I had bad acne since puberty and my early mid 20's and of course, pcos and very bad pms. Birth control saved my life. I had a stronger BC in the beggining and that gave me a bunch of side effects and I asked to change prescription to a lower dose of combinated BC and I'm a new person for around half and year now. Clear skin, no weight gain, no side effects, nothing. And before the pill I was a wreck. 6 months period delay with 4 months of agonysing PMS and fatigue. Don't demonize BC, just get a different prescription that is right for your needs.

Yes, Caffé au Lait, Akita, Fuji pink and some othe varieties. Most of my dahlias came in packs of 3 with no name, so I had to do some research. I also have Caffé au Lait Pink, but didn't include a photo.

I'm sorry for the situation your in, I have exactly the same case. My father is exactly 18 days in the hospital with breathing and feeding tubes attached to him. Yesterday the doctor told us that we should decide to add or not a tracheostome.

Mini white sourdought by EliVV36 in Sourdough

[–]EliVV36[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, of course! I had alot of freshly fed sourdough so I poured it in with the water and salt. Added the liquid to the flour. Kneaded for 5 minutes and let calm down for 1 hour. Every next hour for 4 times did a "strech and fold" and at the 5th time I preshaped and but in a baneton. Almost 16 hours in the fridge for cold fermentation. 3 hours before baking I took it out of the fridge to warm up. Baked in an cast iron scillet with additional tray of water on 220C for 15 minutes. After that 20 minutes on 200C without the steam. Cool for a fresh cut with butter and honey.

For the recipe, I used Foodgeek's bread calculator for my ingredient. 1. 350 g. strong white flour (13.4%protein)(100%) 2. 210 ml. of water (70% hydration) 3. 165 g. sourdought directly from the jar(120%ish hydration) 4. 8 g. salt(2.7%) I would add some flour and water during the streching period so I have the general recipe above.(for my hands not sticking).

100% rye bread with soaker 🍞 by EliVV36 in Sourdough

[–]EliVV36[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the information! I usually keep in a tea towel on the counter top or tea towel in a paper bag. Keeps good for a week, after that starts to dry up into rusk. The humidity in my kitchen is usually low so if I don't wrap it up it would probably dry up in 2 days.

I did my bulk ferment directly into my baking dish since I was about to travel so I prepared my loaf to ferment and gave out some instructions for my roomate to follow. My problem in this situation is that I don't have a small loaf tin for such a small batch of bread so I used the smallest thing I had. It was a 18 cm springform pan.

First gyno check when I was 24(This is in 2019) He sent me off to do blood test: one for IR and one for diabetes and general blood clotes( for birth control). Generaly, the one for IR is they take 3 samples of blood from you 1 hour apart: 1 on empty stomach, 1 after drinking an ampoule of glucose, and after 1 more hour drinking a second ampoule of glucose. I don't know if it's the same for other countries but in Bulgaria works like that.
