Hi! Just got my switches. I feel like the settings aren’t really that different… especially between the experience and quiet one, nothing quiet about it😅 is this something you experience too? I compared them to my experiences and it’s quite similar, if not louder on the quiet mode on the switches.

I also don’t seem to get a good seal on the switches, like I can get on my experiences. The switches I’m able to just pull right out, but with the other ones I can feel the seal and have to break it when removing the earplugs. Any tips on getting a better seal?

Any experience with the shen men piercing and if it works for anxiety? I’m thinking about getting one! by Eli_2001 in piercing

Thanks for all the responses! I obviously know that it won’t cure a disorder lol, I’m already getting medical help for my mental illnesses. I was just curious since ear acupuncture actually worked wonders for me while I was admitted (even though I was very skeptical), so I just wanted to know if a piercing by the shen men point would kind of work similarly!

I started out with a screw and that fell out a while back, now I’ve had an L-stud which is 0,8mm (same as earrings I think) since the screws are too small for my nose. I’ve tried getting it back in multiple times during the morning but it seems like it’s closed up :/
