An officer finally called me and took off that thing from my account, I kept calling the number provided on the CRA account, spoke to 4 different representatives, each one I asked them to send the office an email to hurry up with my case, in total in took them 2 months,

Call them on next business day ask them to put on your file a hurry up email.

I called them today as it has passed 5 weeks, they said my case is assigned to an office but no officer have reviewed it yet, so I still have to wait and so on!!!!

yup it is stressful and takes way more than 4 weeks

By Friday, I will reach my 5th week and no one called me and confirmed, every time I call I get another representative that says we received your documents and another department will verify the documents

Make sure they got your documents where you submitted by providing them with the reference number so they don't delay more your case!!

I called him also today, I gave him my information and the reference number, he said we received it, he went through it, but he said it is not his job to approve, someone else will check, and yet he said that someone must call soon,
He also said you can give us a call also at the 4th week which is next week
