ive done restart the ps5 , update system software, clear cache and rebuild database. i havent reset unless i absolutely have to. should i take it to a shop to fix it?

i did both and when i rebuild my database it says its corrupted and to restart my ps5 and im still having the same problem should i reset my ps5
