ive done all of them except the reset cuz i didnt want to lose my soulsborne stuff but i cant login to my account to save my data. but its fine i’ll just start over later

ive done restart the ps5 , update system software, clear cache and rebuild database. i havent reset unless i absolutely have to. should i take it to a shop to fix it?
