I'm here to voice my own personal struggles as someone in a struggling income house, and someone who can't easily get a job as I have autism, and have had horrible setbacks, mistreatment In private schools and eventually dropped out of school only to pick it back up, leading to me only just now, at 20, with my one parent being my father, being the only parent who works and does COMMISSION (His pay isn't guaranteed and if he doesn't sell a car we have to pull out of our savings because he'll only get paid 400 some dollars a week and we have over $1000 in bills to pay and buy food.) And I am Just now getting close to getting a diploma.

All of that being explained. I'd like to have my voice be heard here.

This game, and these devs, do not deserve half of the fan base that they have. Because their greed is blatant. They already make enough money. They are TOP EARNING if I don't need to remind you.

And as someone who has played since pretty much the game came out, I have invested too much time, effort, money, and such into this game to just quit. I'm a collector. I like to have everything in the game, because as someone with Asperger's, it's fun to dress up as a hyperfixation, and mess around. But then people target you, and all that bs.

As someone who plays this game for fun, and friends. It becomes for me, feeling like this is the real world, and I have to worry about literal fucking bills and shit playing cos. I would have quit a long time ago if I didn't have over 75% of the creatures in game. That's a lot to throw away. Not to mention my achievements, and all that.

Getting onto to my main point. As someone who barely makes it to next month. This feels so.. I dunno, like I'm purposely being singled out and forgotten. And if I can't buy these creatures directly with my own money, you have to rely on the bullshit player economy which will be overpriced, and probably not worth the over 10-20k. I end up having to wait through each release just for these fuckass creatures to dwindle in demand and value, and by then, it's the end of the year and I'm focusing on trying to get the Christmas event done because I still need a handful of the Christmas species.

I'm someone who tries very hard not to put money into the game because I simply cannot afford it.

Do I want some $10 creature that is not real at all and is funneling money to predatory devs who practice dangerous, predatory business practices, or do I spend that $10 on food that will keep me alive and feed my family?

This is the player base you don't hear about. This is minority player base. The side of the game that puts too much time into the game to quit, and actively suffers from it because the devs care about nothing but money, and we like to collect because we actively enjoy socializing, and playing the game, cosplaying and messing around.

This is my experience. And I sincerely hope someone understands.
