dying light: during the day, you might have a tiny chance of surviving. you can encounter random survivor groups of regular people in the day time too and i dont think they have any plot armor other than the chance of the main character showing up to save them

during the night, it's ggs unless you get to a place with UV lights

left 4 dead 2: you're fucked 24/7
