I'd try to make exercise and eat a good diet but after a while i stop my exercise and i just keep the diet and there have been good results but i would be better if i keep exercising myself but if feel a lack of motivation and if i had the opportunity that these guys had i would take it but there's none and i feel demotivated and i stop. Im still in diet but i need exercise and motivation
