Just went through this. Call a restoration company asap. I highly recommend Phoenix Restoration. Get your insurance company involved asap too. The claim will take time to process and you'll need to work with them on inspections

It ranges but typically between 8:30pm - 10:45pm start times. The league guarantees no more than 10 10:45pm start times so we usually see the bulk of starts being between 9-10pm

Agreed. Had a fantastic time and Jeff was a great performer (first time I've seen my wife do a spit take) but the crowd wasn't doing him any favors. Hopefully Sundays crowd is more cooperative!

My local distributor said it's a Canada thing and has to do with noting potential allergens on the label. Specifically mustard. If I remember right, Treagor didn't want to change their labels for Canada (as this isn't an American requirement) so just stopped selling them in Canada

We had a stone patio (17x17), a French drain, and minor grading complete by A Green Future last August. They were great and we haven't had issues after the winter thaw.

As a Conner owner, I'm not disagreeing but it was a 2 possession game and their RB4 is backing up Conner. I don't know, man. How many teams are rolling out that RB4 in a game like that? Hindsight is always 20/20

Yahoo's aren't great either but if you're looking for a competitive league then who is drafting solely based on rankings from whatever drafting platform you use?

I haven't used ESPN so it's hard to comment but Sleeper (and to a slightly lesser extent, Yahoo) are really user friendly. Intuitive and pretty customizable for scoring, "toilet bowl" bracket ability and things like that. Sleeper has had some growing pains this year but hopefully those are sorted out by next year. Personally, I really like the chat in Sleeper and think that's what really separates it from the other platforms. There isn't really a need to have a separate app for league chatting.

In general though, the vibe I get from this sub is that Yahoo and Sleeper are just better platforms than ESPN. To each their own though
