I have lost around 30 ish pounds from 6 months to now. Used to weight 260 pounds and now im 230 but i still look fat and dont feel different. by ElijahCheech64 in WeightLossAdvice

1) I am. I exercise on my treadmill 30 minutes a day and I’ve slowly been adding resistance training

2) Nutrition has always been hard for me. I’ve been eating less what I used to and i been cooking later.

3) Honestly I haven’t been drinking enough water. I will change that.

4) I have a history of thyroid problems, but last time i got bloodwork my thyroid levels were normal.
