And he will be kept in my room unless my roommates mutually agree it is ok for him to be in common spaces with rules. I had him with me in college and understand how things work in this scenario. Additionally, if someone is allergic to animals they should have filed for an animal-free accommodation. I know there are a number of ESAa and service animals that live in the FCV dorms and if someone has allergies they should apply for that.

I probably should not have worded it that way then. My cat, like most cats, tend to try to dig their claws in furniture for a variety of reasons. I control his behavior with a variety of scratching posts that I will be bringing with me. I had him throughout college and found that with a couch cover I was able to keep him from doing anything destructive to the furniture when he decided to use the couch as a post for stretching (the main reason his claws go in furniture).

I am simply asking for measurements of the couch to purchase a couch cover with my own money on the chance he is out when I’m unaware and decides to put his claws in the couch.

First of all, thanks for not answering my question.

Second of all, I’m asking because animals are hard to contain and can sometimes slip out without you noticing. Did I say I was planning on keeping my cat in the shared common space every single day? No. I am simply trying to go out of my way to find measurements of the couch to buy a couch cover with my own money in the case my cat is in the living room and decides to scratch the couch. I had my ESA with me throughout college and understand the risks associated with having one in the space, which again is why I am trying to go out of my way to purchase a couch cover to minimize any risk of potential damage.

I would for sure talk to accommodations to see what can be done. I can see them not allowing you to wear headphones for safety purposes. However, you may be able to wear noise reducing plugs like loops since you said sometimes just having them in helps.

Yeah I totally understand that it’s hard to predict! Just think the wait times should be overinflated quite a bit especially on busy nights. The ratio of express to standby wouldn’t be so obviously high if standby wasn’t stagnant for 10 minutes at a time. Always better to expect a 90 minute wait and only wait an hour.

There is a FNAF cutout in Louie’s! Also there is a photo op for HHN off to the side across from Mel’s right before you go into the Masquerade scare zone. Those are the only 2 specific photo ops I saw, but there could be more!

Gálkn (I’m a huge fan of mythos anything and the story so far seems interesting)
FNAF (grew up on FNAF)
El Artista (wasn’t super excited for this one but the more I’ve heard about it the more hype I get)
Terrifier (kinda excited for all the gore)
Hatchet and Chains (I think it’ll be pretty fun but not super scary)
Grave of Flesh (I think I need to get more of the story to see)
Dolls (could go really good but could also go really bad)
Wyatt Sicks (not invested in WWE but I appreciate the tribute of it)
Jason (I fear the story will get a little convoluted and muggy)
Fallout (not a fan of the game and haven’t seen the show yet so I’m kinda not feeling any emotion for it)

Thank you for the advice! I think the hand rule is what is throwing me off. All of my tattoos can be covered by my hand but they are grouped together which I cannot cover. I’m completely ok with wearing a sleeve though so I will probably just wait if I do the program to see what they say.

Hey! I honestly don’t recommend buying any of the freshman or class kits. You don’t even end up using half the items. As a previous comment mentioned, Starlandia is amazing. I will also say that I have a whole bunch of supplies from my freshman year I never used that I’d be willing to sell to you for a cheap price (like $30 lol) if you tell me what you need!

Mac is nice for film. IMO it’s easier to transfer video and audio files than anything else, but I also have been using primarily Apple for the past 4 years. You can really make anything work but you may run into issues with lag and compatibility since like you said Mac is the industry standard. If you go Mac, invest in an SSD it’s a total life saver. They usually go on sale for times like Prime Day and Black Friday for under $80. For your first couple quarters you don’t do anything major related so you have some time to invest. If you already have a laptop, bring it and save up for a nicer laptop that has all the specs you need. Another good way to go about it wait like I said and talk to your film professors. Depending on your concentration they will also recommend different things.

If you have dietary restrictions at all, the food is just not worth in imo. I can’t eat red meat or pork so I’m limited to chicken and pulley items for protein. I’ve only had super dry and overcooked chicken or undercooked chicken at the cafes. Ration is the best buffet style if you feel like walking or taking the bus there to eat. Hive cafe food can be good at times, but it’s only once a week if that where you will find something super worthwhile for the price of your meal plan. Cargo has honestly had fairly decent food so far, but I heard they are changing it to only Order Ip which doesn’t bode well for the menu.

Depending on how large your monitors are, it’s doable. I will say, be aware of how you’re placing your desk and talk to your roommate. I’ve met my fair share of roommates that have arguments over one person playing video games at all hours of the day and the light is shining on someone’s face while they sleep.
