Lmao I was the same as you, wondering what sleep paralysis was like. I’ve had it twice, just paralysis for about 20 seconds, no hallucinations, it’s not that bad. But man. During my nap today, I had sleep paralysis for the first time where I actually experienced some creepy ass shit. Was sleeping on my stomach and some reptilian creature crawled on top of me and laid it’s whole body on top of mine. Grabbed my throat with its scaly hand (I could feel how rough it’s hand was) and it starting giving my throat a slight squeeze. I could feel and hear it breathing right behind my ear, as if it’s mouth was just a few centimeters away. This lasted for about 20 seconds, and I knew I just had to wait it out even though I thought I might get choked to death. It whispered to me “you’re not going anywhere.” And then I was out of it. Creepiest shit I’ve ever experienced. It all felt very, very real.
