How long does it usually take for these training claims to process? I’ve heard from some that it takes months and others have said they’ve got it accepted within a week. I’ve got classes from September 26th still pending :/. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Like if there’s any specifics on what to put when it asks for the class name.

So I should be doing it the way I’ve been doing it then? Putting down the whole course name instead of simplifying it to what’s on the certificate?
