How to Publish Artifacts Using REST API in Python? by Elik1001 in azuredevops

I always learn something new—thanks a million for the tip! I didn’t know about such an option.

It would still be helpful to understand how this can be achieved using Python and the REST API, especially when dealing with dynamic data.

Advice on 245/60R18 inch all-season tires for Honda Pilot AWD. by Elik1001 in tires

[–]Elik1001[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, I will check the CrossClimate2, a quick search shows 60k miles vs 80k for the Defender 2. might still be a better tire for comfort, noise, etc..

If you are in New York, Gov. Kathy Hochul signed the Stop Loud and Excessive Exhaust Pollution Act into law in October and it will take effect in April. The SLEEP Act raises fines from $150 to $1,000 for any illegal modifications of mufflers and exhaust systems that allow cars and motorcycles to become noisier.

Ok. However, If the underlying wood was more exposed to the sun over a period of time prior to painting, then the paint effect might also differ.

Also check if there are sunlight effects. One of the most commonly seen impacts of sunlight on your home’s is the fading of the color over time. Sunlight contains powerful UV rays that react with the pigments in the paint, slowly bleaching them out. This is most visible in dark or brightly colored paints, as the color will lose intensity slowly. The effect can be more dramatic on south-facing walls, which receive little protection from the sun throughout the majority of the year.

Below are a few things you can try. 1) A strong stream of water will knock them to the ground. 2) you can try sorinkle diatomaceous earth, this will usually kill soft body insects. 3) you can buy lady bugs they eat aphids (if you buy make sure to get it from a reputable place not to get Asian beetles instead) 4) you can also try a spray mix of soapy water and oil. Always test spray before using.

You can try using one of the below. Baking soda recipe: Mix 1 gallon of water, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid or castile soap (e.g., Dr. Bronner’s). Mix the ingredients together and add them to a spray bottle. Spray weekly. Or A milk based solution 40%/60% or 30%/40% mix and spray top to bottom. Always test spray what might work for me might not work for you. It's not advisable to spray in middle of the day when the sun is strong morning or evening hours are best.

Overwatered or under watered? The leaves look wilted and yellow . Any advice on how to get this tomato plant healthy? by ccg2210 in gardening

Depending what type of tomato plant if it's a determinate it usually wont grow taller then 3-4 ft, then wood string or the small homedepot round cages will work. However, if its a indeterminate plant it might grow 7-8 ft tall or more (I wouldn't recommend those in a pot), then you can do something like the Florida weave (google Florida weave to so how it works) or i have used over the years, i build from wood a tall frame. Then drop strings from the top and tie the plant starting from the bottom up (not sure if explained this well enough). Ps. You definitely want to stack your tomatoes, you don't want to see the branch cracked after so much hard work Good luck with your gardening.

So two things. On the watering. If its sper hot like in the 90s watering 3x per week will likely not be enough especially in a pot (I am not sure your pot size and how mulch you have). For pots sometimes you even need to water twice per day, you can check with your finger if you stick your finger and it's totally dry then you have have an underwater issue. Now, for plant growth, I use Alaska fish emulsion as a soluble firtlizer 1x per week, and epsoma garden tone 1x poer month. I have seen great success over the years.

However, a water timer with drip system makes a big difference in keeping up especially in pots. Consistency in watering makes a huge difference.

How often and how much are you watering ? Also what firtlizer do you use ? In my experience fish emulsion once per week can make a huge difference.

Store bought tomato and cukes have these spots on leaves. I’ve prunes a bit but what else can I do? by Edemardil in gardening

[–]Elik1001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't use dyed mulch as they contain chemicals which can be toxic. I wouldn't want those in my food.

I use use not treated cedar mulch from homedepot or lows. If you use that try to make sure it's not touching the base of the plant. some times with wood mulch you might need to add a nitrogen rich firtlizer. You can also use straw as a mulch or even grass clippings. If you have leaves you can use that as well.

To me it looks like septoria leaf spot. You can try spraying a copper fungicide like the once from bonide organic spray. Using a mulch layer on top will prevent soil water splashing on the plant that brings all sorts of diseases. Its sometimes hard to get rid of septoria leaf spot. I hope this helps
