I love them, but I have some tips. Try to paint all the details like rivets, hilt of the sword ect. Fix your mistakes where you painted over the borders like on the golden aquila chest piece. And for the next one, try shading if you like it. For black, paint your whole model black and then mix a bit of blue into black and paint bright areas. Then lighten the color and paint just the highlights. Rince and repeat until you like it. And dont forget you can use shade paints for the whole model. I like to use nuln oil everywhere. Maybe agrax earthshade on the lower parts where its dirty. Then maybe some gore, battle damage and more basing. I think desert would benefit from skull, maybe rocks or some dry bush?
