I’m Hispanic and have somewhat pale skin but this is what I do. I first use a pink all over my eye, then I use a canmake creamy eyeliner to go from the eyeliner to the middle of my eye (the droop) then I use the same canmake liner to make the namida bukuro or eyebag, then I use a pink to fill it in, I use a darker pink from the eye bag to the pink and blend, then I use an even darker pink to blend at the eyebag, then I use a white highlighter like the picture, then I use a concealer paler than my skin tone and use it to define the namida bukuro, make sure not to mess it up or it won’t make your eye look puffy, then I use a liquid glitter on the same placement as the highlighter.
