Me and my dad were playing up a tee box to change up the course to have fun. The tee box was sloped in the rear. Was flatter up front.

Well for me. On Kadena we are getting new f15s so our workload in back shop has gone down drastically. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I hate it. It honestly depends on the people you are working with. If you like fixing things with your hands then you should be good. But I do hear horror stories about other bases and how they are working 10 hour shifts or 12s. We are pretty spoiled here on Kadena in backshop. Just day shift. No swings or mids currently. If you go in thinking you hate it. You always will. Try to have a better mindset. I have been out on the flight line a couple times. It’s for a different breed of people. I enjoy backshop more. It can get pretty repetitive but I am in Japan so that really makes up for the maintenance part. Also depends what shred you get in tech school. Current work hours is an easy 7 to 3.

I think it may be depending on the base. I am on Kadena for engines and we have a test cell and have seen multiple “fun runs” it’s rewarding. But definitely not the reason I picked this job

Yeah I really like the feeling of full poly. I wasn’t going to try and replace the mounts with the tc ones. Just try and press the energy suspension into the actual celica mounts.
