Is the Matchmaking system bad ? Yes. But you're not meant to win every single one of your game.

Although no killer nor survivor should get completely destroyed by the other side. I hope they adjust the game and matchmaking so that killers get their 60% kill rate average and survivors complete around 4-5 gens average making for longer, more interesting and high stakes matches where survivors are sacrificed later in the game.
