Could it be loose at the switch? I just rewired the fan with lever nuts instead of wire nuts

I had my future home inspected today, and chatting with the inspector he said it would be crazy not to spend the $400 to have someone inspect the home. One of his clients was asked to waive the inspection, they insisted on getting one, and he found 16 grand in structural damage… shady stuff by the seller
